Chhabi Shikshan Kendra is a private cultural and educational institution that organizes annual examinations and works towards the promotion of education in drawing, painting, dance, and music. This school/institution grants affiliation to other institutions.

**2. Eligibility for Affiliation**

**4. Admissions**
Students must undergo an initial admission process; subsequently, a re-admission form must be filled out annually. Students are required to pay the applicable admission and re-admission fees. Participation in the mandatory annual examination is compulsory, and the examination fee must be paid separately.

**5. Awards and Certificates**
Fee books and fee cards will be issued by Chobi Shikhan Kendra. Student performance will be evaluated rigorously; passing students will receive a consolation prize, while students securing 75% marks or higher will be awarded attractive prizes.Based on the educational curriculum—comprising Junior, Secondary, High, Diploma, and Master Diploma levels—certificates will be awarded to students upon the successful completion of each respective course.

**6. Educational Standards and Regulations**
Adherence to the prescribed syllabus is mandatory. Classes must be conducted in a regular and disciplined manner. Student attendance records must be maintained.

**7. Examination Procedure**
Annual examinations will be conducted at a scheduled time. Students are required to fill out the examination forms within the stipulated timeframe. Admit cards will be issued by the Head Office.

**8. Issuance of Certificates**
Only Chhabi Shikshan Kendra is authorized to issue certificates. Affiliated institutions are strictly prohibited from independently issuing certificates in the name of this institution.

**9. Use of Name and Logo**
Affiliated institutions may use the name and logo of Chobi Shikhan Kendra only with prior permission. Any improper or misleading use of the name or logo may result in the cancellation of the affiliation.

**10.** Code of Conduct: Ethics and professionalism must be maintained in all circumstances; the dissemination of any false or misleading information is prohibited, and no actions that could tarnish the reputation of the institution may be undertaken.

11. Inspection and Supervision: The ‘Chobi Shikhan Kendra’ (Photography Learning Center) reserves the right to inspect any affiliated institution at any time; necessary cooperation must be extended during such inspections.

12. Termination of Affiliation: Affiliation may be terminated under the following circumstances: violation of rules, provision of incorrect or false information, failure to pay prescribed fees, or misuse of the institution’s name or logo.

13. Legal Status: ‘Chobi Shikhan Kendra’ is an institution administered by a private trust or association; it does not claim any government affiliation (unless explicitly stated otherwise).

14. Right to Amend Rules: The institution reserves the right to modify, amend, or add to these regulations at any time.
